Please fill out this form if you wish to have up to 12 months of energy information shared with up to two third parties for this purpose. Please note: Cooperative staff will verify via phone or email that this request is genuine before sharing any information. It is the member's responsibility to respond to these verification requests before consumption information will be disclosed.

Members with SmartHub access can access their previous bills and usage any time as an alternative method to gathering usage information.
